Sammy Chow
Sammy Chow is our lead facilitator for Cantonese and Putonghua programmes. An Associate of NRI Asia Pacific, Sammy has extensive experience of both sides of the buyer/seller interface in China. He currently undertakes sourcing projects for multinational clients in the hospitality sector on behalf of whom he acts with clients and suppliers. His expertise lies in the implementation of change programmes, negotiation project consulting and commercial skills best practice development and performance measurement.

Senior Consultant for assignments conducted in Cantonese, Dannie has a manufacturing and industrial background. Her negotiation expertise has been gained as a project manager with organizations in the utility, finance, retail and manufacturing sectors.

Bob McConnochie
Associate Consultant with NRI, Bob has been a senior negotiator in a variety of international locations since 1985 and has been based in Hong Kong covering Asia Pacific since 1994. Frequently dealing with monopolies and restricted markets in a major service industry, Bob has extensive experience in relationship management and developing commercial awareness within country teams.

Graham is Managing Director of PMMS in South East Asia, based in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.
His purchasing management experience includes senior roles in multi-national corporations in the UK and Asia. Graham has extensive experience of outsourcing and global sourcing in the manufacturing sector as well as having led cross functional and multi cultural teams through strategic purchasing activities.

Ikkou Kanonji
Kanonji-san is the lead facilitator for our projects in Japanese. A Certified Consultant since 1982, his facilitation experience covers both sides of the buyer-seller interface. As an Associate of NRI Japan, Kanonji-san has an in-depth understanding of the NRI 5-6-7 Negotiation System and how to ensure that this is transformed into practice.

Yoshiki Mitsui
Our consultant for assignments conducted in Japanese and a Certified Management Consultant since 1990, Mitsui-san has developed and implemented resource development solutions for clients in the telecommunications, pharmaceutical, construction, IT and public sectors. He has been involved in the development of our Japanese language training pack.

Horace Yip
Horace has been involved in negotiation activities since 1988 specialising in the IT sector where he led a team which negotiated a US$2.5 million hardware deal. As a Role Play tutor in our Cantonese and Putonghua training, Horace has over 4 years experience of participating and facilitating role play as a learning tool. He understands and has extensive practice in what is required in order to ensure that participants have a meaningful learning tool which they find to be useful in terms of trying out new behaviour within a safe learning environment.

Ramon Archer
A lead consultant on negotiation projects for our clients, Ramon has been facilitating our 5-6-7 programmes for over 7 years and is experienced in relating this process to the business environment in China and across Asia Pacific. Because he uses NRI's tools in practice, Ramon is able to relate the experiences of delegates to the theory and explore ways in which this can be used to meet their business needs.

Yutaka Yamamoto
20 years sales experience with a computer supply manufacturer/retailer.
Established Bikou Systems, Inc. in 1987 to sell computer supplies and
develop software for business applications. At the same time, obtained
the national accreditation for Management Consultants, and began
consulting work. In addition to general management consulting and sales
consulting, his expertise includes Management Strategy for corporate
leaders and upper management, Consultative Sales, Hiring Strategies, and
Marketing. He also lectures on topics such as consultative selling
techniques, and personnel training issues for large-scale corporations.
